1. Service Scope & Free On-Site Inspection
Lakshmi Enterprises provides safety net installation, anti-bird spikes, and SS steel invisible grills. On-site measurements and quotes are provided free of charge with zero customer obligation prior to work order approval.
2. 10-Year Written Warranty Conditions
Upon completion of installation, Lakshmi Enterprises issues a physical 10-year written warranty certificate covering net tensile strength, UV stabilization, and stainless steel fixing anchor hooks under normal environmental conditions.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The 10-year warranty does not cover damage resulting from sharp cutting tools, intentional vandalism, fire damage, civil structural alterations, or extreme natural disasters.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon successful completion and customer inspection of the installation. We accept Cash, UPI payments, and bank transfers.
5. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you experience any tension adjustment requirements within the first 12 months, Lakshmi Enterprises provides complimentary re-tightening and maintenance support.
